PENNSYLVANIA GAMING CONTROL BOARD Conditional Category 1 Slot Machine License Hearing Schedule [36 Pa.B. 3393]
[Saturday, July 1, 2006]The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (Board), under 58 Pa. Code § 441.19 (relating to initial slot machine application deadlines), has adopted a schedule for the slot machine licensing hearings for Conditional Category 1 slot machine license applications. The hearings, which will be open to the public, will be conducted on August 7--9, 2006, at the Auditorium, State Museum Building, Third and North Streets, Harrisburg. The times and dates of the hearings are as follows:
