Westfield Insurance Company; Homeowners Insurance Rule/Rate Revision; Rate Filing [36 Pa.B. 3392]
[Saturday, July 1, 2006]On June 13, 2006, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Westfield Insurance Company a filing for a proposed rate level and rule change for homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall 4.2% decrease amounting to -$1.096 million annually effective October 1, 2006.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to August 12, 2006, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

A copy of the filing is also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
