Pennsylvania Lucky Genie Instant Lottery Game An error occurred in the document announcing a new lottery game which appeared at 36 Pa.B. 3169, 3170 and 3171 (June 24, 2006). The correct version of paragraph (8) is as follows, with ellipses referring to the existing text of the rules for the Pennsylvania Lucky Genie Instant Lottery Game.
Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:
