DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES Exemption from Requirements [42 Pa.B. 3343]
[Saturday, June 9, 2012]A study to determine if the Department of General Services' (Department) Buildings located at 22nd and Forster Streets, Harrisburg, PA should be exempted from the requirements of section 2420 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 650) will be performed within the next 90 days. The result from this study may result in the conversion of the Department's coal-fired heating system to a fuel other than coal.
