DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Fertilizer Nutrient Values [31 Pa.B. 2936] The Secretary of Agriculture, under the authority of § 8 of the Pennsylvania Fertilizer, Soil Conditioner and Plant Growth Substance Law (3 P. S. §§ 68.1--68.9) establishes the commercial values per pound of nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potash.
The values are established as follows:
nitrogen $0.30 per pound phosphoric acid $0.25 per pound potash $0.15 per pound Further Information
