Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company; Private Passenger Automobile Rate Revision; Rate Filing [33 Pa.B. 2719] On May 21, 2003, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 1.7% increase amounting to $868,000 annually, to be effective August 18, 2003.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 20, 2003, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Michael W.
