Interested persons are invited to submit within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin written comments regarding the Transition Plan to Ryan VanKirk, ADA Coordinator, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Project Delivery, Highway Delivery Division, Highway Design and Technology Section, P.
