Determination of the Average Wholesale Price of Prescription Drugs by the Department

 Under 34 Pa. Code § 127.131(b) (relating to payments of prescription drugs and pharmaceuticals—generally) the Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Workers' Compensation, gives notice that it utilizes the Red Book, published by Truven Health Analytics, to determine the average wholesale price of prescription drugs.
