 James Barton, Karen Barton, Filippo Valenti, Vita Valenti, Robert Hepler and Kathleen Hepler have appealed the issuance by the Department of Environ- mental Protection of a renewal of NPDES Permit No. PAG02005404022(1) to Grande Land, LP for Chestnut Hill Development in North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County.

 A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.
