State Water Plan; Statewide Water Resources Committee; Critical Water Planning Area Subcommittee Meeting [35 Pa.B. 3265] The Critical Water Planning Area Subcommittee of the Statewide Water Resources Committee has scheduled a meeting to discuss the development of criteria/guidelines for designation of Critical Water Planning Areas. The meeting will be held on June 14, 2005, at 10 a.m. at the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Topographic and Geologic Survey Office, 3240 Schoolhouse Road, Middletown, PA 17057.
