DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Fertilizer Nutrient Values [26 Pa.B. 2998] The Secretary of Agriculture, under the authority of section 8 of the Pennsylvania Fertilizer, Soil Conditioner and Plant Growth Substance Law (3 P. S. §§ 68.1--68.9) hereby establishes the commercial values per pound of nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potash.
The values are established as follows:
nitrogen $0.32 per pound phosphoric acid $0.28 per pound potash $0.14 per pound Further Information
