     The West Buffalo Township Concerned Citizens has appealed the issuance by the Department of Environmental Protection of an NPDES permit to Edward H. Martin for a facility in West Buffalo Township, Union County.

     A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.

     The appeal is filed with the Environmental Hearing Board (Board) at its office on the Second Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, P. O. Box 8457, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8457, and may be reviewed by any interested party on request during normal business hours.
