[Saturday, June 28, 2008]RiverSource Life Insurance Company (previously called IDS Life Insurance Company) is requesting approval to increase the premium 10% on Long-Term Care policy form 30160A-PA. A total of 2,249 Pennsylvania policyholders will be affected by this rate adjustment.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 11, 2008, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
