       PMSLIC Insurance Company, a domestic stock casualty insurance company, has filed an application for approval to merge with Millennium Insurance Company and Pennsylvania Medical Reinsurance Company, both domestic stock casualty insurance companies, with PMSLIC Insurance Company surviving the merger. The filing was made under the requirements set forth under the Insurance Holding Companies Act (40 P. S. §§ 991.1401--991.1413), Subchapter C of Chapter 19 of the Business Corporation Law (15 Pa.C.S. §§ 1921--1932), and the GAA Amendments Act of 1990 (15 P. S. §§ 21101--21404). Persons wishing to comment on the merger are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department (Department) within 30 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Written statement must include name, address and telephone number of the author, identification of the application to which the statement is addressed and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Department of the exact basis of the statement.
