Per Diem Charges for Financial Examinations [28 Pa.B. 2992] Under the authority contained in section 907 of the Insurance Department Act of 1921 (40 P. S. § 323.7) and under 31 Pa. Code § 12.4, an updated schedule of per diem changes for financial examinations conducted by the Insurance Department is hereby adopted.
The new schedule of charges is as follows:
Examiner Trainee $202 per day Examiner 1 $249 per day Examiner 2 $323 per day Examiner 3 $399 per day Examination Manager $439 per day As prescribed in 31 Pa. Code § 12.4(c), the Insurance Department will calculate and bill per diem charges for financial examination costs in 1/2 hour units.
This schedule is effective July 1, 1998.
This document supersedes the notice published at 27 Pa.B. 3005 (June 21, 1997) and shall remain in effect until a subsequent notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
