DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES Clarks Summit State Hospital; Heating System Study [46 Pa.B. 3329]
[Saturday, June 25, 2016]A study to determine if the Department of Human Services' Clarks Summit State Hospital located in Clarks Summit, Lackawanna County should be exempted from the requirements of section 2420 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.S. § 650) will be performed within the next 90 days. The result of this study may result in the conversion of Clarks Summit State Hospital's coal fired heating system to a fuel other than coal.
