[Saturday, June 25, 2011]On May 20, 2011, Dinesh B. Shah, M.D., license no. MD051964L, of Northeast, MD, had his Pennsylvania license indefinitely suspended based on disciplinary action taken against his license to practice medicine by the licensing authority of Maryland.

This final order represents the State Board of Medicine's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
