Per Diem Charges for Financial Examinations; Notice No. 2011-05 [41 Pa.B. 3311]
[Saturday, June 25, 2011]Under section 907 of The Insurance Department Act of 1921 (40 P. S. § 323.7) and under 31 Pa. Code § 12.4 (relating to per diem charges), an updated schedule of per diem charges for financial examinations conducted by the Insurance Department (Department) is hereby adopted.
The new schedule of charges is as follows:
Examiner Trainee $339 per day Actuarial Associate 2 $472 per day Actuary 2 $836 per day Examiner 1 $459 per day Examiner 2 $558 per day Examiner 3 $650 per day Examination Manager $719 per day As prescribed in 31 Pa. Code § 12.4(c), the Department will calculate and bill per diem charges for financial examination costs in 1/2-hour units.
This schedule is effective July 1, 2011.
This document supersedes the notice published at 40 Pa.B. 3475 (June 19, 2010) and shall remain in effect until a subsequent notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
