Per Diem Charges for Market Conduct Examinations; Notice 2006-05 [36 Pa.B. 3173]
[Saturday, June 24, 2006]Under the authority in section 907 of The Insurance Department Act of 1921 (40 P. S. § 323.7) and 31 Pa. Code § 12.4 (relating to per diem charges), an updated schedule of per diem charges for market conduct examinations conducted by the Insurance Department (Department) is adopted.
The new schedule of charges is as follows:
Examiner Trainee $237 per day Examiner 1 $318 per day Examiner 2 $404 per day Examiner 3 $411 per day Examiner Manager $524 per day As prescribed in 31 Pa. Code § 12.4(c), the Department will calculate and bill per diem charges for examination costs in 1/2 hour units.
This schedule is effective July 1, 2006.
This document supersedes the notice published at 35 Pa.B. 3116 (May 21, 2005) and shall remain in effect until a subsequent notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
