United Healthcare Insurance Company; Conversion Plans Rate Filing [42 Pa.B. 3708]
[Saturday, June 23, 2012]United Healthcare Insurance Company requests approval to increase the Conversion Product rates. The requested rate increase is 9.9% over previous year's rates. The proposed rate increase would affect approximately 11 subscribers and would produce additional revenue of about $19,500 annually. The requested effective date of the change is October 1, 2012.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 6, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
