Sale of Land No Longer Required for Transportation [37 Pa.B. 2908]
[Saturday, June 23, 2007]The Department of Transportation (Department) under 2003(e) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department. The parcel is triangular in shape, located behind the sound barrier wall adjacent to Ramp ''P'' entering southbound onto SR 0222, in Spring Township, Berks County. The parcel is approximately 0.421 acre. The sale of the property is in an as is condition. Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the parcel within 30 calendar days from this notice.
