   Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that the following facilities have requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 123.25(2) (relating to regulations for control of anesthetic explosion hazards):

Mount Nittany Medical Center
Crozer Chester Medical Center
Delaware County Memorial Hospital
Meadville Medical Center
Punxsutawney Area Hospital
The Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic
Allegheny General Hospital
Sharon Regional Health System
Monongahela Valley Hospital

   These requests are on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, [phone], fax [phone], [e-mail].

   The facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
