FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION Closure of Tacony Access Area; Philadelphia County [31 Pa.B. 3370] The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission, acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 53.4 (relating to limiting access to Commission property and other restrictions), will temporarily close the Tacony Access Area, Philadelphia County, to all public access and use, effective midnight on June 30, 2001. The Tacony Access Area will be closed to all public use and access until further notice.
During the period of closure, the Executive Director may, upon due application, permit uses of the access area on a limited basis.
