       The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Publication of this notice shall be considered as sufficient notice to all carriers holding authority from this Commission. Applications will be considered without hearing in the absence of protests to the application. Protests to the applications published herein are due on or before July 15, 2002, as set forth at 52 Pa. Code § 3.381 (relating to the applications for the transportation of property, household goods in use and persons). The protest shall also indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application or the permanent application or both.

    Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

       A-00119000. Heritage Hills Associates t/d/b/a Heritage Hills Golf & Conference Center (2700 Mt. Rose Avenue, York, York County, PA 17402), a limited partnership of the Commonwealth--persons in limousine service, from the facilities of Heritage Hills Golf Resort & Conference Center, located in the City of York, and the Townships of Springettsbury and York, York County, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa.

       A-00119003. Steven D. Meisner and Elizabeth I. Meisner (230 Quarry Road, Leola, Lancaster County, PA 17540)--persons in paratransit service, between points in the County of Lancaster, and from points in said county, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles.

       A-00119004. Nancy B. Lapp t/d/b/a Nancy Lapp's Van Service (2926 Church Road, Bird In Hand, Lancaster County, PA 17505)--persons in paratransit service, between points in the County of Lancaster, and from points in said county, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles.

    Application of the following for amendment to the certificate of public convenience approving the operation of motor vehicles as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

       A-00116248, Folder 1, Am-B. Main Line Taxi, Co. (7 Elmwood Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, PA. 19004), a corporation of the Commonwealth--persons upon call or demand, in the Boroughs of Conshohocken and West Conshohocken, Montgomery County; the Township of Radnor, Delaware County and the Township of Tredyffrin, Chester County provided, however, that the transportation in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County be limited to the following: Al E Gators Restaurant, Steak & Ale Restaurant, Chesterbrook Corporate Center, West Lake Business Center, The Woods Center, Crossroads Business Park, Vanguard Corporation and Devon Marriott Courtyard: So as to permit the transportation of persons upon call or demand in the Townships of Tredyffrin, Easttown, Willistown, East Whiteland, West Whiteland, Charlestown, East Goshen and the Borough of Malvern, all located in Chester County and the Township of Upper Merion, Montgomery County. Application for temporary authority has been filed at A-00115480, F. 3, seeking the right previously cited.
