DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Children's Health Advisory Council; Public Meetings [26 Pa.B. 2954] The Department of Health Children's Health Advisory Council (also known as the Children's Health Insurance Program Advisory Council) is conducting a public meeting under section 701(i)(5) of the Children's Health Care Act (act) (62 P. S. § 5001.701(i)(5)). The purpose of the meeting, which is open to the general public, is to review outreach plans for provision of services under the act and to evaluate services delivered to children enrolled in the health care program.
