COMMISSION ON CRIME AND DELINQUENCY Drug Control and System Improvement Strategy [26 Pa.B. 2925] The Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) submitted an FFY-1996 state application for $19.808 million provided through the Federal Edward Byrne Memorial State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance Formula Grant Program. It is this program which totally supports Pennsylvania's Drug Control and System Improvement (DCSI) Program.
The application, entitled Pennsylvania's FFY-1996 Statewide Drug Control and System Improvement Strategy, identifies the priority program areas that PCCD has designated and the allocation of FFY-1996 DCSI funds anticipated to be available to support these initiatives.
