     On April 21, 2014, the State Real Estate Commission (Commission) imposed a $3,000 civil penalty and indefinitely suspended the license of Luene R. Kirk, license no. RS227566L, of Chambersburg, Franklin County, for acting in the capacity of a real estate broker without a broker license; performing an act which required a current license; and executing a lease as a salesperson on behalf of a lessor.

     This final order represents the Commission's final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
