    A-2014-2425633. Sunoco Pipeline, LP. Application of Sunoco Pipeline, LP for a certificate of public convenience under 66 Pa.C.S. §§ 1102(a)(1) and 1103 (relating to enumeration of acts requiring certification; and procedure to obtain certificate of public convenience) and 52 Pa. Code §§ 5.11—5.14 (relating to applications) for approvals, if any, as may be necessary under 66 Pa.C.S. (relating to Public Utility Code) evidencing approval to extend its service territory for transportation of petroleum products and refined petroleum products by pipeline into Washington County.

     Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before the close of business (4:30 p.m.) on Monday, July 7, 2014. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov, and at the applicant's business address.
