The principal items of work and approximate quantities include 367,000 cubic yard of Grading, 2,250 cubic yard of Drainage Excavation, 2,650 square yards of Rock Lining, Dewatering Impoundment and 38.0 acres of Seeding. This project issues on June 20, 2008, and bids will be opened on July 17, 2008, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that law and to the Federal Grant for this project.
