DEPARTMENT OF STATE State Plan Advisory Board Meeting [33 Pa.B. 2946] On Monday, June 23, 2003, the State Plan Advisory Board (Board) will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Room 303, North Office Building, Harrisburg. The Board is responsible for submitting recommendations to the Secretary of the Commonwealth relating to development of the State Plan, which details how the Commonwealth will use grants from the Federal government to meet the requirements of the Federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 and to carry out other activities to improve the administration of elections.
