[Saturday, June 20, 2015]The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Authorizes the International Union, Government Security Officers of America, Local 304 bargaining unit (R1) Collective Bargaining Agreement (9/1/14—8/31/17). The CBA provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period September 1, 2014, through August 31, 2017.
Resolution No. CB-15-004, Dated May 18, 2015. Authorizes the International Union, Government Security Officers of America, Local 304 meet-and-discuss unit (R2) Memorandum of Understanding (9/1/14—8/31/17). The MOU provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period of September 1, 2014, through August 31, 2017.
