Pennsylvania Pocono Raceway's NASCAR Cash Instant Lottery Game An error occurred in the document which appeared at 31 Pa.B. 2234 (April 21, 2001) giving notice of the rules for the new instant lottery game. In section 11(d)(2)(i), reference to validated finalist entries selected in the ''first'' Second Chance Drawing is incorrect, the provision should reference validated finalist entries selected in the ''last'' Second Chance Drawing. The corrected text is as follows:
11. Second Chance Drawing Procedures:
* * * * * (d) Manner of conducting the two Grand Prize Finalist Drawings.
* * * * * (2) The Pennsylvania 500 Grand Prize Drawing.
(i) The five hundred validated finalist entries selected in the last Second Chance Drawing shall be placed in a mechanical device. Five finalist entries will be selected as Grand Prize finalists.
