 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-10-001, Dated May 10, 2010. Authorizes the side letter with AFSCME regarding the development of the PRN Nurse Aide Program designed to reduce the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs' (Department) reliance on contracted agency staff and increase the Department's ability to attract Nurse Aides who may not be available for full-time or regular part-time employment.
