[Saturday, June 16, 2007]The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(a)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
Parcel No. 611--Borough of Tarentum, Allegheny County. The parcel consists of an assemblage of four properties and contains approximately 1.04+ acre or 45,302+ square feet of unimproved land. The property is situated east of SR 366 between the intersection of East Tenth and East Eleventh Avenues. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $11,000.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing this parcel within 30-calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to H. Daniel Cessna, P.
