Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes [43 Pa.B. 3311]
[Saturday, June 15, 2013]The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P. S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell the following property owned by the Department.
The following is the location of the property available for sale by the Department:
Philadelphia Township, Philadelphia County. Parcel No. 230, located at 241 North 10th Street SR 67045 Section 10A. The parcel contains approximately 1,800 square feet on the corner of 10th and Vine Streets.
The estimated fair market value of this parcel is $225,000. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.
