INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Application and Request for a Certificate of Authority [26 Pa.B. 2878] Somerset Casualty Insurance Company has applied for a Certificate of Authority to Operate as a stock casualty insurance company in Pennsylvania. The initial filing was received on May 29, 1996, and was made under the requirements set forth under 40 P. S. §§ 961--971. Persons wishing to comment on the grounds of public or private interest to the issuance of the Department's order approving this Certificate of Authority are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department within 15 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
