DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Availability of Draft Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant Application for Federal Year 1997 [26 Pa.B. 2862] The Department of Health is making copies available of the draft Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant Application for FFY 1997, under 42 U.S.C.A. § 705(a)(5)(F). This application is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's draft request to the United States Department of Health and Human Services for block grant funding.
