INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Children's Health Insurance Program Advisory Council Meeting [40 Pa.B. 3181]
[Saturday, June 12, 2010]The Insurance Department (Department) has scheduled a meeting of the Children's Health Insurance Program Advisory Council (Council) on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at 10 a.m. at the Department of Education, Heritage Rooms A and B, Lobby Level, 333 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120. The Children's Health Care Act (40 P. S. §§ 991.2301—991.2361) charges the Council with the responsibilities of reviewing outreach activities and evaluating the accessibility and availability of services delivered to children enrolled in Children's Health Insurance Program. The public is invited to attend.
