DEPARTMENT OF STATE State Plan Advisory Board Meeting [34 Pa.B. 3074] On Friday, June 18, 2004, the State Plan Advisory Board (Board) will meet from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Room 303, North Office Building, Commonwealth Avenue and North Street, Harrisburg, PA. If an additional meeting of the Board is necessary, it will be held on Friday, June 25, 2004, at the same location. The Board is responsible for advising the Secretary of the Commonwealth on the development of the State Plan required by the Federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA). The State Plan details how the Commonwealth will use grants from the Federal government to meet the requirements of HAVA. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss updates to the Commonwealth's State Plan.
