S., Subsection 513(e)(7), intends to sell certain land owned by it located along State Route 0879 in the Township of Lawrence, Clearfield County. The parcel contains 0.24 acres of unimproved land. Fair market value is $23,000.00. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.
