[Saturday, June 11, 2011]On February 17, 2011, the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board) suspended the license of Charles Costa, Jr., license no. MV219083 of Erie, Erie County. The Board took this action under the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County dated January 12, 2011, which the Court issued under Section 4355 of the Domestic Relations Code. The suspension is effective immediately.
