   ExxonMobil Oil Corporation has appealed the issuance by the Department of Environmental Protection of NPDES Permit No. PA0041602 (April 15, 2002) to same for a facility in Neville Township, Allegheny County.

   A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.
