INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Rate Filing; Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company; Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company; Nationwide Property & Casualty Insurance Company; Private Passenger Automobile Rate Revision [28 Pa.B. 2190] On April 28, 1998, the Insurance Department received from Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company and Nationwide Property & Casualty Insurance Company a filing for a proposed rate level change for private passenger auto insurance.
The company requests an overall -4.5% decrease amounting to -$24,618,000 annually, to be effective August 15, 1998.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to June 27, 1998, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
