[Saturday, May 8, 2010]Amended Order And Now, this 22nd day of April, 2010 It Is Hereby Ordered that, effective upon publication of this rule on the Pennsylvania Judiciary's Web Application Portal, Westmoreland County Rule of Civil Procedure W205.2(b) and the associated Cover Sheet is rescinded, and new Rule W205.2(b) and associated Cover Sheet is adopted.
This Order supersedes the Order of April 20, 2010 adopting Rule W205.2(b) effective May 26, 2010 rather than upon publication on the Pennsylvania Judiciary's Web Application Portal.
