This bid issues on May 6, 2016, and bids will be opened on June 14, 2016, at 2 p.m. Bid documents, including drawings in PDF format and Auto-Cad Map 3D format, may be downloaded for free beginning on the issue date from the Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) web site at www.dep.pa.gov/ConstructionContracts. Bid documents and drawings can also be obtained upon payment of $22, plus $8 for postage, which includes sales tax, by calling (717) 787-7820.
