INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Application and Request for Certificate of Authority [30 Pa.B. 2324] 1st Choice Auto Insurance Company, Inc. has applied for a Certificate of Authority to operate as a stock casualty insurance company in Pennsylvania. The initial filing was received on April 18, 2000, and was made under the requirements set forth under the Business Corporation Law of 1988 (15 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 1101--1997). Persons wishing to comment on the grounds of public or private interest to the issuance of the Insurance Department's (Department) order approving this Certificate of Authority are invited to submit a written statement to the Department within 30 days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
