    Consolidated Plan; 1999 Annual Performance Report Availability

       By this notice, the Department of Community and Economic Development (Department) makes available for public review, the 1999 Annual Performance Report (APR) for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Consolidated Plan. The 1999 APR reports on activities that were outlined in the Consolidated Plan for Federal fiscal years 1995 through 1999 as well as the Action Plan for 1999. The report describes progress in achieving the Commonwealth's 5-year strategy, including resources made available and activities completed in Federal fiscal year 1998. This report will be submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development by May 22, 2000.

       Copies of the draft APR will be available for public comment from May 6--21, 2000 at the following locations. The final APR will be made available again at the same locations, following approval by HUD.

       County Commissioners--A copy will be sent to the Chairperson of each County Board of Commissioners.
