[Saturday, May 5, 2012]Notice is hereby given that John Milton Merritt having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Oklahoma by Order of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma dated June 27, 2011, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on April 18, 2012, disbarring John Milton Merritt from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective May 18, 2012. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
