[Saturday, May 4, 2013]Notice is hereby given that Shakyamuni-Re Shiva Arati, having been disbarred on consent from the practice of law in the State of Maryland by Order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland dated November 14, 2012, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on April 16, 2013, disbarring Shakyamuni-Re Shiva Arati from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective May 16, 2013. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
