Finding [26 Pa.B. 2133] York County Under the provisions of section 2002(b) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(b)), the Secretary of Transportation makes the following written finding:
The Department of Transportation plans to widen State Route (S. R.) 0030, Section 001 in York County for approximately 2.5 miles and improve various intersections within the project limits. The proposed project limits extend from just east of the S. R. 0074 Interchange to the S. R. 0024 (Mt. Zion Rd.) Interchange.
No adverse environmental effect is likely to result from the reconstruction of this section of highway.
